I wanted to take a moment to say Thank You for the "effortless" move that your company made possible for my family. We contacted East End with a need to make a major household move within three days. Knowing that the summer months are the busiest time of the year, I suspected that such a request would not be possible. But you listened carefully and then assured me that you would "make it happen". And you proceeded to do just that. The tight schedule necessitated a quick response time on the part of East End. Rather than taking a quick survey over the phone, you suggested that you survey the household goods in person so we would not have any surprises. And driving across town at 6:00 a.m., you did just that to meet a schedule convenient for me. Your movers and packers showed up at the front door exactly on time. They were friendly and professinal. We were absolutely amazed at the speed in which they accomplished the task. Yet they handled the "treasures" in the home with great care. And the prized grandfather clock was delivered to the new home without incident. I don't recall hearing the word "no" during the entire move. Whatever my request, it was met with positive attitude and a reassurance that East End was doing everything possible to make the move as stress free as possible. I thank you for your help. But more importantly, I applaud the entire company for the degree of Customer Service that you provide. Each person from the movers and packers, Vivian, and you made this move a pleasant experience. And never underestimate what a gift that is to your customers. Well done East End!
